Inception and pre-seed. We are usually the first cheque, and we keep investing in the companies that break out.

Yes. The residency runs for eight weeks and founders are expected to be in the office and fully committed for its duration.

We back teams. Many founders arrive alone and find their co-founder during the residency; that is a large part of what it is for.
